    Designed as a three-month development journey, the program combines cultural integration, mentorship, and hands-on learning to help new graduates transition smoothly into the workplace, accelerate their professional growth, and realize their full potential.

    On July 13, the program began with a team-building event designed to help participants connect in a relaxed and engaging environment.

    Graduates from different universities and regions quickly got to know one another through interactive activities and collaborative challenges. As they exchanged ideas and worked together, they experienced SSAM's open, inclusive, and dynamic culture while building trust and lasting connections.

    For young professionals starting their careers, a strong sense of belonging is the foundation for growth, and the teamwork established from day one will continue to support their future success.

    The official opening ceremony took place on July 14.

    Participants were introduced to SSAM's history, corporate culture, strategic vision, and intelligent manufacturing capabilities, gaining a deeper understanding of the company's development direction and the future of the new energy industry.

    The group then toured SSAM's intelligent manufacturing facilities, where they observed production processes, R&D achievements, and core technologies firsthand.     Outstanding employees from previous graduate cohorts also shared their personal career journeys, demonstrating that while growth requires dedication, the right platform can make every step forward more meaningful.
