     From August 28 to 29, SSAM held its Welding Skills Competition at the Liyang site, bringing together welders from across production to compete, exchange expertise, and showcase their abilities.

    The competition was designed around real production needs and included three categories: manual TIG welding, manual MIG/MAG welding, and manual multi-process welding. Twenty-four participants competed with focus and composure, demonstrating solid fundamentals, skilled operation, and a willingness to learn from one another.

    Weld quality directly affects structural strength, sealing performance, and long-term reliability. It relies on a consistent commitment to standards, precision, and detail.
